Poltrona Frau
Sardinian-born Renzo Frau founded Poltrona Frau in 1912 in the Italian capital of Turin, leading to a series of generational handovers until 1962. Today, it’s part of the Poltrona Frau group, which also covers Cassina and Cappellini. Throughout the years, its story has been expanded upon by numerous Italian and international architects and designers, including Giobagnara. Leather is a core player in its success story, namely its trademarked Pelle Frau which is breathable and resistant to water, rubbing and stains.
