While much modern art was banned in former Czechoslovakia during the mid-century, this was not the case for glass; instead, designers could work freely, which led to a boom in creativity that built on the region’s centuries-old learnings. This Art Nouveau perfume bottle, dated between 1895 and 1915, is attributed to glass powerhouse Moser via a handwritten signature to the base. It's cut and engraved by hand with a beautiful hue that fades from light to dark amethyst. Please note, this item is a truly original vintage piece with slight imperfections and distinctive characteristics that add to its charm and celebrate its unique history.
