Kim Pan-ki Celadon Scalloped Serving Bowl

Bs2,900

Ceramics Master Kim Pan-ki has been designing and creating unique pieces for the home since 1983, experimenting with different techniques such as buncheong and celadon. This large bowl is an example of the latter; it references traditional styles with its jade hue and transparent glaze – features that originated in China during the Song dynasty (960-1279 AD) – but adds a contemporary touch through a scalloped rim.

Meet the Maker:

Kim Pan-ki
