Inside her Swedish...

Inside her Swedish design studio, Andrea Tsang’s cultural heritage and present-day life find perfect harmony. What began as a single, meticulously conceptualised coffee cup has evolved into an extensive range of table accessories, marrying Scandinavian function and minimalism with East Asian pottery traditions. After life in the fashion world with its frenetic pace, where she hopped between Hong Kong and Shanghai, Andrea found serenity in shaping raw clay by hand in tranquil Stockholm. Processes like wheel-throwing, hand-building and dual-firing bring a distinct human touch to each piece, and collections like Amphora are comfortingly anchored in the past, evoking ancient relics and epicurean rituals of civilisations long gone.
