The House of Kutchinsky dates back to the turn of the 20th century when the Polish family crafted jewels for King Ludwig of Bavaria. After fleeing Poland for London, the company grew under the leadership of a talented young ingenue – Joseph Kutchinsky. This early 1970s pendant shows off the skill of Kutchinsky’s heirs for creating delicate yet arresting pieces, reflecting the place of nature in these times, and offering an opulent take on the natural world with a leaf silhouette formed in onyx and delineated by textured 14-karat gold leaf.
