NasonMoretti Archive Revival 1951 Hand-Blown Murano Glass Boat Tumbler

¥21,385

NasonMoretti’s boat tumbler is a re-edition from 1951. Originally, it was designed and collected by Antonio Nason, co-founder of NasonMoretti, who intended for it to be his boat-ride companion. Its rounded base is intended to imitate the movement of the waves while remaining perfectly balanced, preventing the liquid from spilling. Antonio was known for his inspired approach to craft and his eye for pieces that are customised, functional and prepared for the wants and needs of a Murano lifestyle.

From exhibitions at MoMA, to exclusive designer collections, NasonMoretti has been uplifting interiors with distinctive glassware since 1923. Founded by five brothers, collections blend Murano mastery with innovative mixing and cold-cutting techniques. Their colour creation method is still a well-kept secret, and they remain the only studio in the world who can produce 22 green and 8 blue shades.
