1645 Louis XIV Copper Mould

Louis XIV’s reign as King of France between the years of 1643 and 1715 came with a style of design that favoured classic and ostentatious as opposed to pure simplicity. This copper mould from 1645 is a wonderfully rare product of its time, complete with ridges and braised lines that echo his love of Italian Baroque art. Due to its age and lining, this is not food-safe and is intended for decorative use only. Please note, this item is a truly original vintage piece with slight imperfections and distinctive characteristics that add to its charm and celebrate its unique history.
