The Jacquard collection is named after Joseph Marie Jacquard, the French weaver renowned for his patented loom. To honour his know-how, Cristallerie de Montbronn ensures the craftsmanship behind each hand-blown crystal piece is just as notable as he who inspired it. Meticulous bevels are cut by hand and organised to create an intricate three-dimensional pattern, while a large, embedded waistband forms the outline.

Meet the Maker:

Cristallerie de Montbronn

A Cristallerie de Montbronn creation is akin to a work of art – its weight, shine and texture reflective of the years of know-how behind the scenes. You’ll find its workshop in the heart of the historic Crystal Valley in the Lorraine region of France, where a team of dedicated craftspeople cut, gild and polish by hand to bring each hand-drawn prototype to life. Today, it’s headed by Frédéric Muller and his daughter, Camille, who work towards a future that is all the more brilliant. Collections are fuelled by heritage, innovation and colour, each shade hand-picked from its wide-ranging palette of 13.
