We hope you love your ABASK order, but if you need to return anything please contact us with details of the original order number, the item(s) you would like to return and your preferred collection date. You have 28 days from receipt of order to return your item back to us.
How can I return my order?
Step 1: You can request to return your ABASK order free of charge up to 14 days from receipt of order.
Step 2: Please contact our client service team with details of the original order number, the item(s) you would like to return and preferred collection date, confirmation of your return will be emailed to you.
Step 3: The client service team will organise your return paperwork, which you will need to print in advance, and a free DHL collection from your address. We offer collection Monday to Friday, 9am – 5pm. If you have a preference between a 9am – 12pm or 12pm – 5pm collection, please let us know.
Step 4: Once your collection is booked, DHL will contact you – it is important that you confirm your collection by clicking on the link in their email. Please note items must be returned within 14 days of receiving your returns confirmation.
Step 5: To ensure your return is covered by our free returns policy and does not encounter a delay, items must be returned using the original packaging provided including the original inner box and from the same country to which they were delivered.
How do I know that you have received my return?
Once we have received your return back in the warehouse, our team will review it to ensure it is unused and then process your refund. You will receive an email notification once your refund has been processed.
When will I receive my refund?
Please allow up to 7 business days from your refund being approved for the amount to appear in your bank account.
Will my customs, duties and taxes be refunded for my return?
Customers purchasing from Australia, Bahrain, European Union, Hong Kong, Iceland, Japan, Korea (South), Kuwait, Liechtenstein, Macau, New Zealand, Oman, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Singapore, Switzerland, Taiwan, United Arab Emirates and United Kingdom will have orders delivered duty paid. If you are returning from any of these countries, then you will have your customs, duties and taxes refunded, as they are included in the original retail price.
Customers returning orders from Canada and United States of America will have their duty refunded but not the sales taxes as they are not included in the original retail price.
Customers returning orders from all other countries will not have customs, duties and taxes refunded, as they were not paid direct to ABASK.
How can I book a free collection for my return?
After you contact our client service team to request a return, we will book a free collection for you on your preferred date. We offer collection Monday to Friday, 9am – 5pm. If you have a preference between 9am – 12pm or 12pm – 5pm for collection, please let us know.
How do I package my item for return?
All returns need to be sent back unused and in their original packaging including the ABASK box, otherwise they will not be accepted.
Can I exchange my item?
We do not offer exchanges. If you would like to exchange your item, you will need to return your order by following the steps in question no.1 above and then place a new order.
