The Indigo Storm platter by British designer Faye Toogood reveals its experimental construction right on the surface. Adding rich blue pigmentation to the traditional slip coating results in streaks and swirls of colour across the creamware that differ with each trial. The contrasting hues recall heritage Delftware.
