Peter Speliopoulos’ table linen speaks to the simple pleasures of life, with earthy colour palettes that echo the natural beauty of stones and minerals. The wind-blown linen is collected from looms in Belgium, Ireland and Italy, before being brought to life by artisans in Umbria. Delicate hem-stitched detailing is the embellishment of choice for this set of four, staying true to the ‘easy, elegant and bold’ aesthetic that drives each collection.

Meet the Maker:

Peter Speliopoulos Projects

Artist and polymath Peter Speliopoulos has manifested his lifelong passion for colour, texture and craft through many forms, from fashion and opera costume design to handcrafted homeware. He developed a love for material and construction while growing up in Springfield, Massachusetts, leading him to study at Parsons School of Design. Following this, he worked for esteemed fashion houses such as Donna Karan New York, where he was named creative director. Now, he applies these skills to leather and suede table accessories that are intended to heighten the senses and present the balance between the contemporary and the primitive, all while honouring the way of life of the past, present and future.
