Experience the exceptional quality of the Florentine Four Slicer, crafted by Tel Aviv-born husband and wife Tomer Botner and Noam Blumenthal. This straight-edged blade is intended for slicing protein or anything you need to cut in one long motion, making it an essential tool for any chef or culinary artist. The original design features an oval curved handle and stacked discs assembled around the tang of the blade, and is handcrafted with layered leather, wood and micarta handles in Barcelona.

Industrial designer Tomer Botner started Florentine Kitchen Knives in Florentin, Tel Aviv, back in 2012. Now, together with his wife and former fashion designer, Noam Blumenthal, the power duo crafts every unique knife in Barcelona using premium steels, leather and composites. Fusing elements of Eastern, Middle Eastern and Western design, the distinctive, high-quality kitchen tools feature curved stacked handles using leather discs, a variety of composites, brass ferrules and pommels. All knives are fitted with a natural tan leather blade guard.
