The Kedma Gyuto knife is an all-purpose piece that's perfect for slicing meat and fish. Handcrafted in Barcelona, it boasts a thinner, lighter and harder blade than most western equivalents, making it a must-have for any serious cook. Its long, tall shape is versatile and perfectly suited for all cutting board tasks, and the octagonal handle with stacked discs adds an original and artful touch.

Industrial designer Tomer Botner started Florentine Kitchen Knives in Florentin, Tel Aviv, back in 2012. Now, together with his wife and former fashion designer, Noam Blumenthal, the power duo crafts every unique knife in Barcelona using premium steels, leather and composites. Fusing elements of Eastern, Middle Eastern and Western design, the distinctive, high-quality kitchen tools feature curved stacked handles using leather discs, a variety of composites, brass ferrules and pommels. All knives are fitted with a natural tan leather blade guard.
